ECS Food & Beverages  ltd is committed to producing ice cream (Gelato) manufactured under hygienic conditions and food safety best practices using most appropriate food grade facilities.

We are committed to:

• Comply with applicable regulatory, statutory, agreed mutual customer and other interested parties’ food safety requirements and additional requirements of FSSC 22000 V.6.
• Build food safety competency through structured programs that develops technical skills and food safety awareness among our employees.
• Drive continual improvement of our food safety management system through planned review of established standards and procedures that manage our process.
• Ensure effective communication of ECS F&B Limited FSMS to the relevant interested parties.

This Food Safety Policy is available and maintained as documented information. It is communicated, understood and applied at all level of the organization, and supported by measurable objectives, implemented, maintained and continually reviewed for suitability and effectiveness.
